Private Events & Large Groups 

From birthdays and celebrations to private events, Encore offers flexible ways to gather in Cleveland’s Playhouse Square. Whether you’re planning drinks for a group of friends or desire something more private, our team is happy to help create an experience that feels warm, personal, and memorable.

Private Events 

Encore offers private event options that can be shaped around your group, timing, and the kind of experience you’re hoping to create. This may include a full buyout of the space or a more semi-private event within the lounge. Buyouts are structured as a minimum spend rather than a rental fee, with that minimum applied directly toward food and beverage during the event.

Large Group Reservations

Encore MAY be able to accommodate parties of 10–15 during non-peak hours. This is often a great fit for birthdays, celebrations, and casual group outings, especially between 4–6 pm and often 7:30–9:30 pm while most Playhouse Square shows are underway.
